Summer Beauty Problems and Their Solutions

Summer is probably the season that most people look forward to. Beaches, warm weather, long days, party nights, and summer vacation. It almost seems like it is too good to be true. And in a way it is because hot summer weather could be a double-edged sword – it brings some very common beauty problems.

Today we are going to tell you which these problems are and we are also going to help you with their solutions. Check them out!

#1 Sweaty hair

Probably the biggest problem for people in the summer is all the sweat that comes together with the hot weather. Women have to deal with sweaty hair and this could be a big problem if one wants to have some pretty hairstyle. So, what to do if you start sweating and do not want to ruin your hairstyle?

First of all, it is best to wear your hair up either in a ponytail, on in a bun, or in another kind of hairstyle. The important thing is to keep your hair off your neck, shoulders, and forehead.

If you have bangs, you probably find it very difficult to deal with the summer heat. Your forehead will become quite sweaty because of the bangs that will keep the sweat on your forehead. Maybe it would be time to let your bangs grow, or keep them off your forehead. And if you do not want to do this, you may simply apply some baby powder.

In fact, baby powder is one of the best ways to deal with sweaty hair. Apply some of it on these parts of your head that sweat the most, like your forehead, temples, on your neck. You may do this after you wash your hair and when you start sweating. The powder will absorb most of the sweat and will keep your haistyle untouched.

#2 Rubbing hips

One of my biggest problems in the summer is that if I decide to wear short skirts or short pants, the inner side of my hips start rubbing against each other. This leads not only to discomfort but also to redness and pain.

A way of dealing with this problem is, not to stop wearing short skirts and pants, but to apply some deep moisturizing cream on the inner side of your hips. If you choose some really good hydrating cream, you may even not need to reapply it throughout the day, maybe only once.

Another thing you could try to stop your inner hips from rubbing is to apply some baby powder on them. Not surprisingly, there is another thing you can use baby powder for. It will reduce the rubbing.

#3 Bad BO

The next problem people have to deal with during the summer is the bad body odor that comes with the sweating. Luckily, there are ways one can deal with the bad smell. The first thing one needs to do is to drink plenty of water. And this means really much water. This way the quantity of water will break down the natural sweat smell and will reduce it.

Another thing you could try is using wet wipes to clean your armpits during the day. It will not take you more than a couple of minutes but it will refresh your armpit skin and will not allow the sweat to stick on your armpits. You also need to apply quality deodorants and perfumes.

#4 Sweat stains on your clothes

The next problem also has to do with sweating too much in the summer. The sweat leaves stains on your clothes unfortunately. What you can do to prevent this is to apply an everyday sanitary pad on the inner side of the top you are going to wear for the day, on the place where your armpits will be. This way the pad will absorb the sweat and will keep your clothes stain-free.

If you forget to try this trick and your tops end up sweat stained, you can easily wash them if you try this trick. Apply some lemon juice directly on the stains and then put it in the washing machine. You will see that after this, there will be no trace of the sweat stains.

#5 Blisters

The next problems is a foot one. In the summer people tend to wear sandals that are not that comfortable and hurt one’s feet. As a results blisters appear and the annoying thing is that they are painful and it takes some time to heal them. That is why you may try this little trick to prevent blisters from popping out.

What you need to do is to apply some petroleum jelly on this parts of your feet where the sandal straps will be and where blisters may appear. This way you will reduce the chance of having blisters on your feet.
