Masks for Thin Hair

Thin hair is very hard to maintain and make look thicker. It gets greasy, very easily. And volume is something people with thin hair probably don’t have.

To have a beautiful hair, although being thin, is hard, but not impossible. Those of you that recognize themselves as ladies with thin hair should know what it is important to only use products that are especially made for that hair type. At least the is what professional hair dressers advise us.

Some herbs might work in your favors. Especially when talking about thin hair. But in order to achieve some results and so that the difference is noticeable you must use herb masks and use them every day for a long time.

The herbs should be first boiled as a tea. Then you put the liquid in a jar and leave it in the fridge. Then every day you warm up some of the herb tea and put it on your hair with a cotton ball.

But this is a tougher and length process. The truth is that there are some masks that could be way more helpful. And they would make way more difference for you.

But there are some masks that could be way more useful and helpful. They contain great things like honey or cocoa, which will leave your hair beautiful and thicker. Read along.

  • Oil, honey and onion:

    You should mix 1 sp honey, 1 small chopped onion and 2 sp oil in a small bowl. Whisk until it is mild.

When the mask is ready put it all along the hair. Then put some on the scalp. Put on a shower cap and over it a warmed up bath towel. Stay like that for an hour. Then rinse the hair.

The good thing is that through that our (since you are wearing a shower cap) you could wonder around the house and do some stuff you needed to do.

  • Cocoa mask:

Here you should mix 2 sp cocoa, 1 sp jojoba, 1 sp cocoa oil and 1 chopped avocado. To get a better result, you can add a few drops of lavender oil, cedar tree and a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

After you are done with mixing it just spread it all over your hair. Rinse with a shampoo after an hour.
