Nowadays there are a lot of people who like eating avocados not only because it is very healthy, as you all may know, but because it is delicious and gives people a lot of energy.
Another reason to be used so much in cooking these days is because one can match its taste with many other ingredients. And the result of the dish to be incredibly delicious.

#1 Avocado Bake
4 pinches of salt
4 pinches of black pepper
1 pinch of bacon
1 pinch of cheddar cheese
1 cherry tomato
First you need to slice the avocados in halves. Do it carefully and vertically. Make sure you cut them in two equal halves. Then remove the stones. Scrape half a spoonful of each inner part of the avocado halves to make some more room for the rest of the ingredients.
Then put an egg in each one of the avocado halves. The part that is left empty would be big enough to hold an egg and some more ingredients.
Then season each one of the eggs with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. After that you need to add the other ingredients.
Leave the first avocado half with an egg only. Then add a pinch of chopped bacon in the second avocado half, on top of the egg.
For the third one you will need the pinch of cheddar cheese which you need to sprinkle on top of the egg.
And for the last avocado half you will need the cherry tomato which you also need to cut in a few pieces before you add it.
The last thing you need to do is to bake the avocados for 15 minutes at 200 0C. When they are ready, you can serve them. You could sprinkle some chopped basil or some chives.
The good thing about this recipe is that even vegans and vegetarians can have a bite.
#2 Avocado Strawberry Ice Cream
The next recipe will probably sound odd to those of you who are used to using avocados only in salads or main course dishes. In fact, avocados could make a perfect dessert if people add the right ingredients. Today we are going to show you how to make yourself avocado ice cream with strawberries.
10 ounces of heavy whipping cream
14 ounces of condensed milk
1 cup of strawberries
¼ cup of powdered sugar
First you will need to get a blender and a mixer. Pour the whipping cream in a bowl and mix it for a couple of minutes with the mixer. The cream needs to get thicker than it is.
Then get the avocados and cut them in halves vertically. Remove the stones and scrape the flesh with a spoon. You also need to keep the avocado skins.
Now you need to get the blender and to pour in it the condensed milk and the strawberries, which need to be washes and cut in halves beforehand. Of course, you also need to remove the green leafs from the strawberries.
Then add the avocado flesh into the blender as well. Blend everything until the mixture turns into a smooth and homogeneous one.
When the two mixtures are ready, the condensed milk one and the whipping cream one, you need to mix them together into a big bowl. Then add the powdered sugar and stir the mixture well once again.
The ice cream is almost ready. The last thing you need to do is to fill the avocado skins with ice cream mixture. Use the 6 avocado skin halves as cups for the ice cream. You will also need some more cups. You can decorate each one of the cups with a piece of strawberry on top.
And when this is ready, put the cups into the freezer for at least 2 hours. When the time is up, you can get the cups out of the freezer and serve the ice cream.
