So, how to stay forever young or at least younger for longer? Some recent research has proven that lower temperature has a special effect on the skin, making it look younger and fresher than it actually is. This is one of the reasons why people who live in the north have better skin than the ones who live in the south. Here are some ways you could have a younger skin.
Following the results of the study, you need to cool down your skin if you want it to look younger. If you are not afraid of the cold showers in the morning, which cannot only help your skin, but also wake you up, you can try them. If, however, they are not your type of beautifying technique, then you can try something else, again at home. The best part is that you can do it by yourself without any external help and it is not expensive as a matter of fact. Here is how to do these cold compresses. Get a towel and put it under freezing water, it does not matter whether it is running water or a bowl full of it. Let the whole of it get nice and wet. Then get it out of the water and squeeze the towel so that it is only wet and not soaking. Now use the towel tapping a certain part of your body – your neck and chin for a couple of minutes. You can repeat this “massage” for 5 to 7 times more. If you start early, you will not suffer later from wrinkles.
Go get a French shower
After you have tried some cold compresses, it is time to move on with a typical French shower. The reason why this shower is called a French one, is because its name comes from the French psychiatrist Sharko who was the first to suggest this therapy for healing different kinds of illnesses. So, what exactly is the French or Sharko shower? When you are taking a shower you have to take one hot shower and then a cold one during your regular shower time, taking turns. This will help your skin freshen up and it will help you get rid of the usual tiredness you have, if you have such. This shower will also help you get rid of cellulite, and will make your skin soft and elastic. The only thing you need to remember is always to finish your shower with cold water, because, as already mentioned, cold water helps your skin.
Go get some ice cubes
The earlier you start taking care of your skin, the better, especially if the number of your years is bigger than 25. Sometimes even younger people have wrinkles around their eyes or dark circles under them, so they should also do something about it. Start with the ice cubes recipe. Pour some mineral water in an ice cube tray and put it in the freezer. When the water has already turned into ice, get the cubes out of the tray and start massaging your face in circular moves using one of them. When it melts, get the next one and so on.
