How to Get Rid of Negative Influences and Start Loving Yourself


There are a lot of people who say that they hate their lives. They have a lot of problems, they are always sad and miserable, and are never satisfied with their lives. They constantly complain about everything and often blame other people and “the world” for their own problems.

You can also start doing any kinds of sports. You can start running, play volleyball, football, tennis, or some other sport that you prefer. This way you will learn how to control yourself and you will use a lot of your “angry” while playing this sport.

Apart from getting rid of your anger and teaching you how to become more disciplined in your life as a whole, sports are also great because they help you burn calories and “mold” your body into a nice, beautiful, and healthy shape. When you see the results and the improvement, you will begin really loving your body.

#3 Repeat to yourself that you love yourself

If you want to love yourself, then you need to start repeating to yourself whatever you want to hear, like “I love myself”. Even if you find this uncomfortable at first, you should not stop repeating it. The more you tell this to yourself, the more you will get used to it and the more comfortable you will become until your mind accepts it fully.

What you need to do is to look yourself in the mirror and say out loud “I love myself”. Even if you do not say this phrase out loud at first, you need to repeat it in your mind while looking yourself in the mirror. After a while you will no longer find repeating this phrase out loud uncomfortable because you will have started believing in it.

By repeating it to your mind, you automatically make it believable to your mind. But you need to remember that you should not skip a day saying this phrase to yourself. The more you repeat it, the stronger the influence on your mind there will be.

#4 Pay attention to the people you surround yourself with

The next thing which may get in your way of loving yourself may be your surroundings. Think about your friends and acquaintances and their influence on you. Do you feel good when you are with them, or aren’t they some people who like being in the center of attention and to try to put you down?

This may not be your case, but it is still worth considering it because the people around us often have a great influence on ourselves even if we do not notice this. You need to make sure that the people around you make you feel good and that they do not put you down.

#5 Star believing that you need to be happy

There are a lot of people who feel so shy, modest, and even unworthy of this world that they feel constant blame for even existing and that is the reason why they do not love themselves. You need to start believing that you are worthy for this world and that your place is here.

Stop blaming yourself for things you cannot change because this will only get in your way and you will begin feeling miserable. If you were born on this earth, there is a reason for it, so start feeling worthy of being alive and this will help you find the love for yourself you are searching for.
