How to Deal with Your Cellulite

One of the worst body issues of a female’s body is the orange skin or in other word – the cellulite. Everyone hates it and it is extremely hard to remove. Even the thin and fit girls have cellulite, believe me. In the changing room of the fitness I’ve witnessed the most absurd female body – nice but, no belly, thin legs, and cellulite at the back of the legs. So tell me, is this fair? This nasty thing is so annoying that it can drive you crazy. And the worst part is that it won’t fade away only by doing sport and exercises. The best way to remove the cellulite is a combination between exercises, anti-cellulite massages and a homemade mask. I will show you the mask that should help you reduce the cellulite or at least keep the legs smooth and fresh after you already got rid of it. Take a look at the procedure:

  • Make a strong espresso in a pot and don’t throw away the sludge, you will need it too.

  • Pour the coffee and the sludge in a bowl and add a pinch of sea salt. Stir until it dissolves a little bit.

  • Add to that mixture a little bit of olive oil or anti-cellulite oil if you have some at home.

  • Now, rub the mixture into the skin for several minutes. Press hard to the skin, I know it hurts, but we want to look great, right?

  • Then, wash off the mixture with lukewarm water. Use only your hands.

  • Then mix a few drops of lemon juice, grapefruit juice and lavender oil.

  • Massage the oil in the skin and wrap the legs immediately with a kitchen, plastic foil.

  • Let it work for 10-15 minutes.

  • Remove the foil and rinse the skin again.

Repeat this treatment every night and you will be able to tell the difference soon. Enjoy!
