The acne skin is a common problem among teenagers. Unfortunately, when the “teen” period passes by, the acne problem leaves marks on the skin, which make it look like it still has acne issues. Today I will show you a trick that will show you how to deal with this problem. The trick will wipe away the scars and the bacteria that create the acne. Take a look at the steps, they will show you what you need and how to apply this mask against the acne problem.
You will need sodium bicarbonate and fresh water. The sodium bicarbonate has antiseptic properties, which means that it has the ability to fight fungus and bacteria and also, it dries up excess oil production of the skin. When used on the skin, it becomes soft due to the exfoliating effect of the baking soda. So, take a look at the directions:
You can both make a facial mask, or you can go straight for a scrub mask. If you want to make a facial mask, you’ll have to mix equal parts of baking soda and water until you create a thick paste. Massage the problematic skin area with the created paste for about 2 minutes. Use circular motions to do that. Leave the mask work on the skin for 15-20 minutes, then rinse the paste off the skin with lukewarm water. Dry the area, rub it with an ice cube to close the pores, so they won’t clog again and moisturize the skin immediately.
If you prefer the scrubbing treatment, mix half a cup of baking soda with one or two spoons of water, or until you create a slightly dampened, crispy mixture. Massage the face well with that mixture. Do it for 5-6 minutes. Then rinse the face, rub with ice cube, pat it dry and moisturize it again.
Do one of these treatments 3 times per week and soon you will be able to tell the difference. Enjoy it!
