Do You Want To Lose Weight?

With the summer almost here and out beach time about to happen, we all want to tone down a little bit and get out summer body. Not that we should be obsessed, but something like that can make us feel better about ourselves once we strip down and are left with nothing but bare feet and a swim suit.

So in order to feel right when you are beaching you can just do a simple diet. It is not that much of a diet, but a salad plant. You will be now able to read the recipes of some salads that are the perfect thing to eat if you want to lose weight fast.

Crunchy cabbage salad

When you see that it is crunchy there is no way you wouldn’t want to try it. And let me tell you something more – this salad has a dressing that is just amazing. The salad has very low calories in it. It is not fattening rather than the perfect meal when you want to lose weight.

You need:

Salad:

  • 1 head Napa cabbage
  • ¼ head red cabbage
  • 1 julienned carrot
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp water

How to – all of you veggies should shred or chopped. Put all of that in a bowl and mix. Then grab another ball – you will use it in the dressing. This is a little bit more effort, but nothing complicated thankfully. So put together the peanut butter, the vinegar, the sesame oil, the soy sauce, the honey, the sriracha, the ginger, the garlic and the water. Whisk those good together. Add salt if you are a salty eater.

Once you are done with making both the salad and the dressing topped the salad with the sauce. To make it even more delicious add the cashews and the sesame seeds. And your salad is good to go. Believe me, once you try that recipe you will love it and you will stick to it for a long time!

Confetti salad

Even the name of this salad is fun. And the way it looks is more than delicious. It is personally one of my favorite salads. I never get bored with it and I even sometimes make it for my guests, who are always amazed with it. The other good thing about this salad – the fiber. Everything with fiber is good for you, because it fills you up, without bloating you and without added calories.

You need:

  • 4 cups cauliflower
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

How to – before doing anything else you should chop your cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and celery. You need a food process for this recipe. Put all the vegetables in it and dice them. Put all of that in a bowl and mix. Then use another bowl. Put in the olive oil, the garlic, the vinegar. Whisk them good. Then add up the Italian season, the salt and the pepper. When you are done with that you can just go and serve your salad by adding the dressing to it. ENJOY!

 

 

Radish Salad

This salad is the perfect thing to end spring with and dive into summer. During the winter the radishes are not as delicious as right now. So in the summer we just MUST enjoy them as much as possible. Radishes can be the perfect thing you add to grilled fish. But it also goes well with chicken and spicy food.

You need:

  • 1 pound radishes
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

How to – slice the radishes and the onion. Put them in a large bowl. Then in a small bowl, combine the orange juice, the lime, the oil and the sugar. Whisk until the mixture is blended. Then add it to the radishes and the onion. Add the cilantro. Whisk. Then put salt and pepper – as much as you like. For this salad it is good they leave it for at least one hour, so the dressing sits better. Then add to your meal and enjoy!
