a handful of cilantro
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
For the salad dressing:
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of honey

Get the avocados and cut them in halves. Remove the stones and scrape the flesh of the avocado with a spoon from the peel. Cut the avocados into cubes or into lines, the way you prefer. Add them into the bowl as well.
