Delicious Lobster Recipe to Try for Special Occasions

In every person’s life there is a moment when they have to hold a party. Sometimes it could be a modest family one, other times it could be a big dinner party, or it could be even a romantic night for two. You never know when this may happen, even if you do not expect it to happen in general.

That is why today we decided to show you how to prepare a special dinner recipe which you can try whenever you host some special event. And since the event will be a special one the main ingredient in the dish also has to be such one – lobster. Here is how to prepare this very delicious lobster dinner recipe!

Lobster Mac and Cheese


4 lobster tails

½ pound cooked pasta

1 cup of breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon of melted butter

1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan

2 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of butter

2 cups of milk

1 tablespoon of cognac

2 cups of white cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups of Comté cheese

2 tablespoons of mascarpone

salt to taste

black pepper to taste


Step 1

First you need to boil a pot of water and to add some water into it. Then when the water starts steaming, add the 4 lobster tails into the pan and cook them. You need to cook them until they turn reddish, or if you want to be more precise, you need to cook them for a minute per ounce. When they are ready take the pot off the hotplate and the lobster tails out of the pot.

Step 2

Now get a bowl and mix in it the breadcrumbs and the melted butter. Then add the Parmesan season the mixture with some pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients well.

Step 3

Now get a deep pan and heat the two tablespoons of butter in it. When it melts completely add the flour and mix it with the butter. Then add the cognac and whisk the mixture. After that you need to gradually pour the cups of milk into the pan by constantly stirring the mixture.

Step 4

Let the mixture start boiling and whisk it some more. Season it with some salt and pepper to taste. Then add the cups of white cheddar cheese into the pan and mix it together with the boiling mixture. Then add the cups of Comté cheese and 1/3 cup of Parmesan. When you add them make sure you whisk carefully the mixture so that the cheese can melt completely. At this point the mixture would be quite thick already. Finally, you need to add the mascarpone and to mix it with the rest of the mixture. Then simply take the pan off the hotplate.

Step 5

Now you need to cut the lobster tails into pieces. They could be about 5 centimeter long. Then put the cooked paste in a big bowl and pour over it the cooked cheese mixture and add half of the lobster pieces into the bowl. Now mix them well. Make sure the sauce and the lobster pieces are equally distributed in the mixture.

Step 6

Now get a deep cooking tin and equally pour in it the pasta. Put the remaining lobster pieces on top of the mixture and sprinkle the dish with a handful or so of breadcrumbs.

Step 7

And now the dish is ready to be baked. Bake the dish for 10 minutes at 220 0C. When the time is up take the pan out of the oven. Before you serve it, you may sprinkle it with some chopped fresh parsley. And the dish is ready! Enjoy it!
