Cut Crease Makeup Effect

Summertime is the ideal time to experiment with different eye makeup looks until you discover that perfect effect will make your eyes pop. This tutorial will show you how to achieve the magnificent cut crease eye effect. Do not worry if you are a beginner at applying makeup, any girl will be able to master this look regardless of her makeup skill level.

Before applying any makeup on, creating a flawless base that brightens and enhances your final overall look is an essential first step that shouldn’t be missed. Choose the right shade of primer for your skin type and apply it to your eyelid. Wait a couple of minutes until the primer absorbs.

Step 1: Begin with your eyes wide open, looking straight in the mirror. Use your black waterproof eye pencil to draw a curved line at your crease line.

Step 2: Take a small makeup brush and gently smudge the colour across the line.

Step 3: Now, use an angled brush to add brownish shadow on top of the smudged pencil.

Step 4: Next, contour your upper lash line with the black pencil. Make sure you apply the colour as closely to your lashes as possible. Remember that it takes patience and practice to master the skill of eyeliner application. Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, you will see how easy it actually is! Open your eyes to see how accurately you have applied the eye pencil. At this point, you can use a cotton swab and clean up any imperfections.

Step 5: To achieve a magnificent effect, use your eyeliner to outline 1/3 of your lower waterline.

Step 6: Next, apply light blue eyeshadow across your eyelid, just below the crease line. Make sure you distribute the colour evenly with the brush. You can use any colour of eyeshadow as you wish.

Step 7: Apply several coats of your favourite, long-lasting mascara on your lashes to wrap up this gorgeous makeup look.

Step 8: As a final step, take a small brush to distribute brownish eyeshadow below your lower lash line.
