Black Eyeshadow Makeup Using Glitter

Black Eyeshadow Makeup Using Glitter

One good thing about the cold weather is it means you won’t sweat off all your eye makeup. But instead of just doing the same boring old dark grey smoky eye again next time you get dressed up, you should definitely consider something a little more sparkling. This tutorial will show you how to apply black eyeshadow to your eyelid using glitter. Steal the hearts of everyone with this holiday black glitter effect! Now let’s get started with this easy and amazing eye makeup tutorial.

Step 1: First, you need to apply a tick line across your upper lash line with your liquid eyeliner diagonally towards the end of the brow. Invest in good eye pencil for the quickest, easiest, and most accurate application. Place your pinkie finger against your cheek to ensure additional stability and control.

Step 2: Connect the end of the cat eye flick with the inner corner of the lid, following the crease line.

Step 3: Once the shape is outlined, start filling the lid with the black eye pencil. If you have loose skin, you can pinch your nose with your fingers to tighten the skin around your eyes and make the application process easier. Open your eyes to see how accurately you have applied the pencil. At this point, you can use a cotton swab to clean any imperfections.

Step 4: Outline the waterline too. Use the eye pencil to apply a thick black line.

Step 5: It’s time for the glitter! Pack the black or silver glitter on your eyes just in the centre on top of the black eye pencil.

Step 6: Refine any lines to make the eyeliner thicker. To complete the look, apply mascara. Curling your eyelashes will help open up your eyes and really make them stand out!
