Most people think that growing old has only drawbacks. For example, the older one woman gets, the worse it is for her. #1 Wash the dishes the day you have used them

This is an important habit not only women, but men should also have. After having dinner, people are tired and do not feel like doing the dishes. It is no wonder why since people work during the day and in the evening they hardly have the energy to do any kind of chores.

However, if you turn this in a habit, you will naturally have the urge to do the dishes. And not only this, but dirty plates in the sink will really irritate you, so you will prefer to wash them than leave them for the next morning. #2 Call your parents at least once a week

It is not necessary to spend hours at the gym exercising hard, but exercising should be one of your daily habits. It will help you stay energized. Sports do not only exercise your muscles, but they also exercise your brain. You can do some squats at home or you can have long walks in the park, but whatever you choose it is important to be a physical type of exercise.

#5 Always give a present to the hosts when you are visiting their home

When you are invited to a party, you should always remember to bring something to the hosts. It could be a bottle of wine or some kind of snack, you can even cook some cake, but it is important not to go there empty-handed. This is a very polite way to show your appreciation to the hosts for inviting you in their home. Most of the people would find it strange, even a little offending, if their guests do not bring them anythings. So, having this habit would come in handy to you.

#6 Always have a breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal for the day, so skipping it is not good for you. If you do not feel very hungry in the mornings, start with something small. Have a couple of bites, eat a fruit, or get some yogurt, but it is important to start from somewhere. Another important thing is to remember is that your breakfast should be healthy. Do not eat junk food, because you will feel your stomach swollen and uncomfortably full.

You cannot believe how much money people spend on coffee. $5 to $10 a day is quite to spend for coffee. Just think how much money you can save a month if you get used to making coffee at home. You will spend less than a dollar and the coffee will be just as delicious. If you want you can add some flavors, like hazelnut, caramel, vanilla, and so on. It will not cost you a lot of money and it will be just as delicious if you buy if from a coffee shop, for example.

#8 Wash your face every night

Even if you do not see the bacteria and dirt in the air, it sticks to your face when you are out throughout the day. That is why it is important to remember to wash your face every night before going to sleep. This way you will prevent the bacteria from spreading on your pillow when you go to bed and you feel your skin fresher.
