2 Breakfast Recipes for Hungry People

 

There are a lot of people who claim that breakfast is the most important meal for the day and one should have a really good breakfast if they want to have the energy to deal with their everyday routine. And since we believe that breakfast should not only be healthy, but also delicious, we have prepared two recipes for you to try for breakfast. They are easy to make and extremely delicious. Check them out!

Scrambled eggs tortilla

The first of the recipes is a perfect one if you are on the go. You could either have it at home, or you could wrap it for later. Here is what you have to do to prepare this breakfast.

Ingredients:

2 breakfast sausages
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of green onions
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese
2 tortillas
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

First, you will need a pan. If it is a non-stick one, then you may not use cooking oil. Otherwise, it is best to apply some oil or even butter on the pan. Heat the pan and then add the sausages. You need to cut them well before hand.

Then add the eggs. You may scramble them beforehand in a separate bowl. Add them to the sausages and mix them well. Then simply add the green onions which also needs to be chopped. Season the dish with salt and black pepper to your taste and mix everything well.

Cook the eggs for a couple of minutes and when you notice that they are nicely cooked, you need to remove the pan from the hot plate.

Now get a tortilla and add a couple of spoons of the egg mixture in the center of the tortilla. Then sprinkle a handful of cheddar cheese on top of it. Since the eggs will still be hot, the cheese will melt a little.

Lastly, you need to roll the tortilla from the outside parts inwards. This way you will be sure that the mixture will stay inside the tortilla and will not fall. To be absolutely sure that the tortilla will not unroll, it is best to bake it in the pan for a minute or so. This way the tortilla will have a nice brownish color and the stuffing will not fall. And this is it. You could have your breakfast at home, or wrap it till lunchtime.

Breakfast muffins

The next recipe is for those of you who like muffins. It is a special recipe for having muffins for breakfast. Here is what you need to do!

Ingredients:

6 eggs
100 ml milk
100 grams spinach
2 garlic cloves
1 cooked sausage
some cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1
First, you need to get a bowl and scramble the eggs in it. Then add the milk and mix the eggs and the milk well. After that add the garlic cloves which need to be very thinly chopped.

Step 2
Add some salt and pepper to your taste, but a couple of pinches would be fine. And again mix everything well. Finally, add the spinach into the bowl and mix it with the other ingredients. So far your muffin mixture is ready.

Step 3
Now get a 6-cup muffin pan, and pour the egg mixture equally in each one of the cups. Be careful not to add too much mixture in the cups, because once you are ready with pouring the mixture, you need to add a couple of pieces of sausage in each cup.

Step 4
Finally, you need to sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top of each cup and the mixture is ready to be baked.

Step 5
Bake it at 180 0C for about 15 minutes. When they are ready they need to have a goldish-brownish color. Remove them from the oven and serve them garnished with some tomato sauce. It could be even spicy if you like.
